Machpine designs, machines and builds precision equipment for manufacturers who can't afford downtime — from single components to complete production lines, out of Villanueva de los Infantes, Spain.
Machpine builds the machines and components that keep other factories running. Our team pairs shop-floor machining experience with in-house design and automation engineering, so every job — prototype or production line — is built once, correctly.
We work across automotive, renewable energy, food processing and general industrial manufacturing, delivering equipment engineered for our clients' real tolerances, not catalogue defaults.

Tell us what you're producing and where it's bottlenecked. We'll size up the machining, automation or retrofit work and come back with a straight answer.
Machpine started as a small precision-machining workshop in Villanueva de los Infantes, Ciudad Real, taking on contract milling and turning jobs for regional manufacturers. As clients began asking us to fix, modify and eventually design their equipment, the workshop grew into a full engineering operation.
Today, Machpine designs and builds custom machinery, integrates automation and keeps client production lines running — with the same hands-on standard we started with: nothing leaves the shop until it runs the way it's supposed to.
Every part is machined and inspected to the tolerance the drawing calls for — not the tolerance that's convenient.
Machines are designed for the maintenance crew as much as the operator — accessible, serviceable, documented.
If a timeline or spec won't work, we say so up front — not after the deposit clears.
We keep drawings, spare-part specs and service records on file for the life of the machine, not the length of the warranty.
Contract precision machining opens in Villanueva de los Infantes.
Delivered our first fully custom-designed production machine.
Added robotics integration and controls engineering in-house.
Expanded floor space and added multi-axis machining centres.
Machining, custom builds, automation and long-term maintenance under one roof.

Multi-axis milling, turning and grinding across steel, aluminium, stainless and engineering plastics — sized for single prototypes or long production runs.

From concept sketch to a running machine on your floor: mechanical design, structural fabrication, wiring and controls, built to your throughput and footprint.

Robotic welding, pick-and-place, and PLC-controlled process integration designed to work alongside your current crew and equipment.

Scheduled maintenance plans, spare-part fabrication and full control-system retrofits for equipment that's still mechanically sound but electronically dated.

CAD modelling, CAM programming and design-for-manufacture reviews that catch tolerance and tooling problems before they reach the machine.
We review drawings, samples or the problem itself and scope what's actually needed.
CAD modelling and CAM programming, reviewed with you before anything is cut.
Machining, welding and assembly on our own floor, under our own inspection.
Dimensional checks and, for machinery, full run-off testing before it ships.
Installation, commissioning, and a maintenance plan if you want one.
A working sample of equipment we design, build and service. Specifications are configured per project — figures below are typical, not fixed.

3-axis milling for medium to large components.

High-precision turning for shafts and cylindrical parts.

Integrated robotic welding for repeatable assembly lines.

Fine surface and cylindrical grinding for finish tolerances.

Plate and profile cutting for structural fabrication work.

Multi-station lines combining machining, handling and inspection.

Designed and installed a 6-axis robotic welding cell into an existing chassis-assembly line, cutting cycle time while holding weld consistency across shifts.

Machined and fabricated a long-run order of structural mounting brackets to tight tolerance, with full dimensional inspection reporting per batch.

Replaced ageing controls and drives on a mechanically sound production line, extending its service life without a full equipment replacement.

Ongoing supply of precision-turned shafts and fittings for an industrial equipment manufacturer, machined to customer-specified tolerance.

Designed and built a custom multi-station line combining machining, handling and inspection stages for a single continuous process.

Ongoing scheduled maintenance contract across a client's CNC fleet, reducing unplanned downtime through regular servicing.
Most projects start with a drawing, a broken machine, or just a bottleneck someone's tired of working around.
